VIOPHOR® 2B gives bluish bright fluorescence on cellulosics imparting excellent whiteness with natural to bluish white shade.

Recipe
VIOPHOR® 2B : 0.05 %
Calcined Glauber’s Salt : 1 gpl to 5 gpl
Temperature : 25oC to 80oC
Optimum pH : Suitable between pH 5.5 to 11
Dyeing Time : 30 – 45 Minutes
» Padding Method
VIOPHOR® 2B : 0.2 to 5 gpl
Temperature : 20° C to 40° C
Glauber Salt is not required in this method.
» In Bleaching
VIOPHOR® 2B is stable in peroxide bleach it can be used with Hydrogen Peroxide in bleach bath.
» In Finishing :
VIOPHOR® 2B is stable when used with resin. It gives excellent results with anti crease finishes.
However, preliminary trials are suggested since some catalysts impair light fastness.
