Application
It’s suitable for Optical Brightening Agent for wool, silk, feather and di-acetate fibre, also used for polyamide and vinylon, especially for fur whitening. Its water solution is excellent, good stability to acid & hard water. It’s for exhaustion and padding process, the quality is counter of Leucophor WS (Clariant).
Process Method:
1. Wool process: the whiteness is bright with bluish green shade color.
Dosage: VIOPHOR WS LIQ 1.5 –1.8% o.w.f; Temperature: 40-60℃;
Time:30-60min; Bath ratio: 1:50, PH=4.5-5.5.
2. Feather process: the whiteness is bright with bluish green shade color.
Dosage: VIOPHOR WS LIQ 0.8-0.10% o.w.f; Temperature: 25-50℃;
Time:30-60 min; Bath ratio: 1:40; PH=5-6.
3. Silk process:
Dosage: VIOPHOR WS LIQ 1.5-1.8% o.w.f; Temperature: 50℃;
Time:30-60 min; Bath ratio: 1:50; PH=4.5-6.
4. Di-acetate fibres: the whiteness is bright with reddish slightly, light fastness is lower.
Dosage: VIOPHOR WS LIQ 0.3-0.8% o.w.f; Temperature: 60-70℃;
Time:30-60 min; Bath ratio: 1:50; PH=6. It may add some levelling agent O.
5. Polyamide and vinylon fabrics: the whiteness is bright with reddish slightly, light fastness is lower.
Dosage: VIOPHOR WS LIQ 0.6-2.5% o.w.f; Temperature: 40-80℃;
Time:30-60 min; Bath ratio: 1:50; PH=4.5-6. It may add some levelling agent O.

Storage & Packing
Sealed in storage, keeping date is 12 months under room temperature.
